Feet: When you’re at your desk, your feet should rest comfortably and solidly on the floor while you are sitting. For that use an adjustable work surface along with a chair that allows you to rest your feet, firmly, or better still use a footrest.

Knees: Always make sure that you have enough space under your desk for your knees and also legs. Stretch your legs once in a while and vary the leg posture occasionally throughout the day.

Legs: Do remember to get up from the desk frequently and go for brief walks. Always make sure that you vary the leg positions throughout the time you are in office. Try and avoid placing boxes, bottles or any other items under your desk you think will limit your legroom.

Legs: Never sit with your legs crossed as this will cause your pelvis to twist over a period of time.

Posture: If you sit still for long periods of time then that may cause discomfort and also muscle fatigue. Change postures often throughout the day within your comfort zone, and pay special attention to adjusting the posture in the afternoon when one tends to get fatigued.
